Caring for a loved one with a disability is often a full-time job, and the impact this can have on a carer’s health and wellbeing can be huge.
Well, it’s time to give back to you, the carers! Aruma is pleased to offer a range of free wellbeing supports and services to all eligible carers in Victoria.
What type of support can you get?
We’ll work with you to discuss what you need and how we can help make it happen. A short respite break to recharge? Time to take a class you’ve been eyeing? The only limit is your imagination and we want to hear from you.

Facilitated by Mindfulness Works Australia, Aruma is delighted to offer all unpaid Carers in Victoria access to free Mindfulness and Meditation Well-being programmes. Learn more and enrol here!

Eligibility
What’s the catch? There is no catch, you just need to fulfill the below criteria and get in touch with us.
Aruma’s Support for Carers program can be used to help you, the carer or you and the person you care for. You don’t have to be connected to Aruma to take advantage of this offer.
The program is available to anyone who:
- Lives in Victoria
- Provides unpaid care for someone over the age of 18
