What is Assistance with Daily Life (ADL)?
Assistance with Daily Life (ADL) provides support that helps you complete everyday tasks and build your independence. These tasks can include cooking, cleaning, managing money, using public transport, and much more!
These supports are provided one on one-on-one and can take place in a variety of settings, including in your own home with the help of a Support Worker.
ADL supports are highly flexible, allowing you to schedule them at a time and place that works best for you.
