No. You don’t need any experience or qualifications to join the Aruma team. Our supervisors and trainers provide all the training you need on the job. You just need to be ready to learn.

Aruma runs several social enterprise businesses across Australia that offer supported employment. Roles include facilities management, food production, hospitality, manufacturing, and more. We match you with work that suits your strengths and interests.

Call us on 1300 538 746 or enquire online. Our team will chat with you about what you’re looking for and help you find the right fit.

To be eligible for supported employment, you need a Disability Support Pension (DSP) and an NDIS plan. Your NDIS funding sits in your Core Supports budget and is called “Supports in Employment” in your NDIS plan.

Chat to our team if you’re not sure how your funding works.

Please note: We bill in line with the NDIS Price Guide, which generally increases annually.
